Alissa and team are simply amazing! Always friendly and happy to assist. There is no way we'd be able to keep our books in order without them, and as we are still too small to have our own CFO Alissa has been amazing in ensuring we have the insight needed to make the right decisions.

The team at VH is amazing! I highly recommend them to all business owners for tax or financial questions. At this point I consider them an extension of my team.

We hired Virtual Heights to onboard our company to Xero from Quickbooks. Alissa created a number of time saving solutions and helped us whenever we needed it during a somewhat challenging change-over. So often accountants are "old school" meaning all they do is your books and have nothing to offer you beyond compliance with Revenue Canada. With Virtual Heights you get consulting at a high level on your finances and the technology required to perform at a high level in our fast paced, eCommerce business.

We proudly use Virtual Heights Accounting for all of our Business and Personal Accounting. Alissa is knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions we have--whether that be via email, voice, or video call. With Alissa's help in introducing us to Xero and Wagepoint....an accounting & payroll program respectively-- we are able to spend way less time on bookkeeping and payroll & more time on providing the best possible service to our customers. We would definitely recommend Alissa at Virtual Heights Accounting.

We have switched to Virtual Heights recently and I can say it has been a game changer. The changes that Alissa has recommended are saving me so much time. I was spending up to two days a week doing accounting and bookkeeping related activities, now I spend less than half a day! Highly recommend.

Alissa has been great to work with - she answers questions quickly and has brought us into the 21st century by getting us using an online accounting platform that has been really helpful as a non-profit when you have multiple people working on the accounts. I would highly recommend this company.

Alissa rocks! Our non-profit uses her for all our accounting. She has us set up in Xero, which we love, and is always available to answer any questions we might have about using it, often within a couple of minutes. Excellent support, excellent service.
