Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of your business, so that it reflects the level of work involved.
In general:
- Bookkeeping is priced based on transaction volume and how frequently we maintain your records (monthly, bi-weekly, etc.)
- Year-end accounting and tax are scoped based on the size of your business, typically using total revenue and expenses as a guide
- Payroll depends on the number of employees and how often payroll is processed
We also adjust pricing based on the level of service and support required.
All work is quoted in advance using fixed fees, so expectations are clear and there are no surprises.
If additional requirements come up that were not part of the original scope (for example, foreign reporting such as T1135 filings), we will discuss this with you and provide an updated quote before proceeding.
